"A Novel Method for Graffiti Detection Using Change Detection Algorithm"

In recent decades vandal acts and graffiti drawing problem have increased and have required a lot of public funding. To face this problem the communal administrations have invested in automatic video surveillance systems. To deal with this problem through image processing techniques, this paper presents a method for graffiti detection based on change detection algorithm and motion vector.
